Clavulanic acid is a suicide inhibitor, covalently bonding to a serine residue in the active site of the β-Lactamase. This restructures the clavulanic acid molecule, creating a much more reactive species that is attacked by another amino acid in the active site, permanently inactivating it, and thus inactivating the enzyme. beta-内酰胺酶抑制剂或者克拉维酸通过与beta-内酰胺酶共价结合，破坏酶的功能，进而防止抗生素被酶分解而发挥药效？我想知道克拉维酸通过与beta-内酰胺是怎样酶共价结合的，分子间如何互相作用的？各位有没有文献可以推荐？谢谢了！ |
