本人最近有一篇文章想投稿 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics （TIE）。 由于该期刊文章是由会议文章扩展得到的，不知投稿时需要遵循怎样的格式。在官方网站的投稿说明有这样一段话：
The post conference journal publication should be preferably 4 pages long with an emphasis on the description of the state-of-the-art with an extensive reference section. Under well-justified circumstances, such as extensive new results, longer post conference papers (up to 8 pages) might be acceptable.
不知为何意，还希望有TIE投稿经验的大牛们解答。
