投稿PEP一直处在“Evaluating Review，请大神指点啊... 已有2人参与

最近向Propellants, Explosives, Pyrotechnics期刊投稿一篇文章，修改意如下： *** Referee Comments to Author *** Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author You need to undertake a thorough revision of the language. As it stands this paper cannot easily be followed and loses most of it impact. I recommend resubmission after such a thorough and professional revision. I think that this paper is worth publishing so have not recommended rejection. *** Comments of the Editoiral Office *** Please check the citation of references in the text. Sometimes the name of the author in the text is slightly different than in the references. Please check: (page 3): the citation of [18] is followed by the citation of [21]; [19] comes after that, and [20] is missing. The legend and the letters / numbers on the axes are too small. Please enlarge them. Refernce [19]: please write "in Chinese" 只有一个审稿意见，我按照意见对文章重新修改语言，10天后提交修改稿，很快状态就变为“Evaluating Review”，现在已经是18天了，还是这个状态，心里很是着急啊。请问有没有投稿过这个期刊的小虫子，能否给解答一下，是否也遇到过这种情况？一般PEP这个状态需要多长时间啊？先谢谢了啊... |
