导师担心资助不够最低工资标准，大家有经验怎么处理么？我是不是应该跟他要点？ 已有4人参与

首先介绍一下进展： 用几天时间联系英国top2学校,美国top2学校（harvard和mit，我心目中的）的16个老师，只有5个人回信了。4个人说没有计划找人了，另外一位说很有兴趣。 这位感兴趣的老师是牛津大学的，职位是教授。信中先是说很感兴趣，然后大部分就是表达对csc资助太少的担心，担心部分如下 The question remains whether the CSC support would be sufficient to cover the costs. It appears from your email that you are in the application process. Can you give us some idea of the funding level that would be available to support you as either an Academic Visitor or as a PostDoc? Previous cases of CSC funding have been at a level lower than the UK minimum wage, which makes it impossible to get a visa to visit the country. Normally, Academic Visitors or Postdocs on external fellowship funding would be expected to be at Grade 7 or above, which gives a total employer cost of ￡37566 per annum, giving the employee a salary of ￡30434. Bench fees/overheads/lab expenses would normally be on top of that. There might be some possibility of support from this end, but we have nothing in place at the moment, and would need to look carefully at various potential sources. 请求一下大家的意见，我是应该说差的钱我自己补上呢？还是跟对方学校要？ 另外，csc对牛津地区的资助是多少？有人知道么。 |
