岗位角色 PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Medical information specialist is to provide a high quality medical information service via this medical communication platform；
岗位职责 KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Tasks
1. Support company in responding accurately and consistently to unsolicited inquiries from external customers for our marketed products
1). Safety issues (how frequently has an adverse event been already reported in the literature)
2). Off-label use
3). Use of product in the labelled indication in patients with concomitant conditions
4). Product ingredient content (latex, nickel, gluten…)
5). Drug-drug interactions

2. Response documents are developed following procedures that are in accordance with health authorities regulations and Company SOPs

3. Supervise and maintain the Global Medical Information data-base

4. To provide the Company organization with updated information related to our products and competitors

5. Responsible to check and approve all promotion materials to insure it is accurate and scientific and in line with the company strategy.

6. Extensive review of medical or scientific issues in response to
1). Frequent inquiries (>5 per year)
2). Sensitive subjects
3). New indications, devices, products

7. Serve as the communication platforms:
Publication Alerts (PAs)
1). A summary of medical or scientific findings
2). A critical review which highlights:
a) the strengths and weaknesses of a study
b) its potential positive or negative impact on our products
c) the additional value of the study, compared to what is already known/published
d) Company key messages
3). Rankings
4). The PA is delivered within 10 working days by Global MI, the translation version according will be released to related depts

任职资格的具体描述：
EDUCATION/LANGUAGES
 Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine
 More than 2 years medical/pharmaceutical working experiences, information experience is preferred
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
 Professional knowledge on clinical medicine and pharmaceutical
 Ability to accurately interpret data and express findings in a logical, clear and concise manner.
 Excellent time management skills.
 Good presentation skills.
 Proficient with MS Office packages.
 Good knowledge on internet / intranet
 Good knowledge in Microsoft, ie.word, excel,powerpoint,etc.
 Good written and oral English for communication
 Careful and focus on details
 Self-learning ability
 Confidentiality
