[求助] 求教偶氮酪蛋白检测蛋白酶活力的换算方法

小弟最近在做偶氮酪蛋白检测混合物中的蛋白酶活力。但是现在有些不会换算。
Total enzimatic activity was obtained by the Lambert-Beer equation. Then, this enzimatic activity can be converted in IU (International Units) using the extintion coeficient and their molecular weight (provided by the manufacturer). Finally, the specific activity (UI/mg protein) can be obtained when the total enzimatic activity (UI/mL) is divided by the total soluble proteins (quantification of proteins, mg/mL) present in your nematode tissue extracts.
这是老外给我的换算方法，但是第一步 Lambert-Beer equation和 extintion coeficient and their molecular weight都是用什么方式套入公式中的？尤其这个朗伯特比尔定律我都不太清楚里面那些符号的单位是什么。。。见笑了，求大神赐教！
