        Abstract:        In order to efficiently direct traffic, this paper designs a control system of traffic lights based on MUC AT89C51. Designed the hardware, reset circuit, clock circuit and display circuit, and used Keil to realize design of software. Simulation results prove that the system can realize what time alternates red, yellow and green of traffic lights, then realizes the control of traffic. For its simple structure, low cost, high reliability and balance between the hardware and software, this system can be used in transport system © 2013 IEEE.

        Abstract:        This paper components of internal resistance of batteries and its measurement principle and method were analyzed, presents a method of the lead-acid battery internal resistance measurement based on RLS-Kalman. It can Test the battery internal resistance can real-time display the remaining capacity of batteries, the method to guarantee the reliable of battery. This paper uses RLS-Kalman filter to effectively remove the inside of the channel noise, simulation operation shows that the system can decrease the bit error rate and improve the accuracy and stability of battery resistance testing. © 2013 IEEE.
