摘 要:本论文研究了高强铝镁浇注料的原料组成中硅微粉和铝凝胶粉所占比例不同时对镍铁包用耐火浇注料的影响,实验过程测量每批样品的显气孔率、体积密度、冷态耐压强度、高温抗折强度以及其线变化率等物理性能。研究表明,在一定量范围内,高强铝镁浇注料可降低浇注料的施工需水量,延长浇注料的可施工时间,降低浇注体的显气孔率,增大浇注体的强度,当高强铝镁浇注料中硅微粉占原料组成比例为4%,铝凝胶粉所占比例为6%时,耐火浇注料的综合性能最佳。
Abstract: This paper studied the effects of different ratios of silica micropowder and alumina gel powder, two major components in the raw materials of high-strength alumina-magnesia castable, on the comprehensive properties of the refractory castable for ferronickel ladles. Such physical properties as apparent porosity, bulk density, cold crushing strength, high temperature flexural strength and linear change of the samples in each batch were measured. The results showed that the high-strength alumina-magnesia castable could reduce the construction water demand, prolong the pot life, reduce the apparent porosity, and raise the strength within a certain scope. When the ratios of silica micropowder and alumina gel powder in the raw materials are 4% and 6%, respectively, the comprehensive properties of the refractory castable are the best.
