岗位职责：
1. Provide technical support to customers by organizing lab works and technical service via visit, phone and written response aligned to BU direction
2. Achieve good customer satisfaction by on time answer of customer inquiry, complaints and Presenting products/technology.
3. Provide technical training to strength the sales force and distributors knowledge of the applications and products.
4. Identify customers unmet needs or requirements and transfer into new R&D project.
5. Formula HCR compound according to customer requirements, and support production process and QC inspection.
6. Advice on product selection, best conditions of use and assistance to approval processes (machine trials etc.)
7. Support to validate new products at customer side by on-site trial or technical advice.
8. Implement HSE rules and 5S in Lab.
9. Global coordination and communication with technical service team to enhance local technical service competency.
10. Promote teamwork in the lab
职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Polymer/Chemistry or related
2. 2 years+ related experience in Chemical/polymer/Silicones industry, background with HCR Silicone rubber application, development, production or technical service experience is preferred;
3. Skilled Oral & Written English.
4. Customer-oriented attitude.
5. Team work spirit.
6. Good communication and coordination skill.
7. Good lab facility operation skill.
