3.1. PHBV microspheres size distribution The size distribution of the pre-prepared PHBV microspheres was shown in Fig. 1. The result demonstrated that the PHBV microspheres made in the method of the single emulsion technique had a small size and narrow particle size distribution. The median particle diameter reached to 22.438 μm. 3.2. SEM micrographs of PHBV microspheres The morphology of the PHBV microspheres was analyzed with SEM (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 showed that PHBV microspheres possessed spherical shape and relative rough surface. The diameters of most of the microspheres were below 40 μm which might be fit for further usage in PLGA/PHBV scaffold. The result accorded well with the result of the size distribution test. |

3.1. phbv微球粒径分布 已制备对phbv微球的尺寸分布如图1所示，结果表明，用单乳液技术制成的phbv微球很小的尺寸并且粒径分布范围窄。粒径中值达到22.438μm。 3.⒉phbv微球体的扫描电子显微照片 利用扫描电镜分析了phbv微球的形态学特征（图２）。从图2 可看出，phbv微球是具有球形的形貌并且表面比较粗糙。大部分微球体的直径低于40μm，可进一步用于plga/phbv支架。 这一结果与尺寸分布试验的结果符合地很好。 那个scaffold我不是专业人士，可能是支架的意思~~ |
