PhD Studentship in Neural Prosthetics/Robotics : City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong We are looking for highly motivated PhD students who are interested in interdisciplinary research project in Neural Engineering at the Department of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering in City University of Hong Kong. We are a young lab interested in various aspects of neuroprosthetics and neural network computation. http://personal.cityu.edu.hk/~chungtin/ Interested students with backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related area are strongly encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to applicants with Master’s degree or at his/her final year of master program, but outstanding candidates with a good honor Bachelor’s degree are also welcome to apply. The candidates should have strong interest in interdisciplinary research and are highly motivated, with experience in one or more of the following area: 1. Robotics 2. Mechatronic System Control 3. EEG/EMG Signal Processing PhD studentships are available at a monthly stipend of $HK 14,800 .
