The following abbreviations were used to designate chemical shift mutiplicities: s = singlet, d = doublet, t =triplet, m = multiplet, br = broad. Tumor cells were cultured at 37C under a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2 in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal serum and dispersed in replicate 96-well plates with 1910 4 cells per well. Complexes were then added. After 48 h exposure to the toxins, cell viability was determined by the MTT colorimetric assay by measuring the absorbance at 570 nm with an ELISA reader. | 下面的简称用来指认化学位移峰的裂分状态：s为单峰，d为二重峰，t为三重峰，m为多重峰，br为宽峰。将肿瘤细胞分散在96孔板（每孔19104个细胞）中，于补充有10%的牛血清蛋白的RPMI 1640培养基中培养，并置于温度为37 C、CO2浓度为5%的潮湿气氛中。加入合成物后，让细胞暴露于这种毒素中48 h，然后采用MTT比色法，通过ELISA仪测定其在570 nm处的吸收，对细胞活性进行检测。每个实验重复3次。 |
