1.TPE或类似橡胶、塑料、弹性体这一块销售5年及以上 2.Client:非汽车行业,例如:高露洁,三笑,飞利浦剃须刀,电动工具(把手软橡胶),推车轮子,等快消行业。 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Business Development Manager, Consumer & Industrial Segment Report Senior Sales Manager THE POSITION Based in Shanghai/Shenzhen, and manages the consumer and industry segment for China and will report to the Senior Sales Manager for TPE business unit. This role is responsible for managing and executing all business development and sales activities within China and HK. The primary focus on the job is the development and tactical execution of Business Development Strategies to attain prescribed targets that create market share gains. This is a challenging role that requires cross-cultural experience and in-depth knowledge of the consumer/Industry market. The position also requires the ability to develop cohesive strategies to gain market share and the ability to garner support for those strategies throughout all levels of the regional Leadership. The ability to work in a matrix organization to achieve team results is a must – the successful candidate will be able to establish and develop internal relationships and manage them effectively. Teamwork, thoughtfulness, thoroughness, focus, and drive for results are critical characteristics necessary to be successful in this job. In addition, the position will be responsible for managing key strategic initiatives within China such as business growth and other continuous improvement programs associated with building a reputable compounding in Asia that can deliver profitable growth. 1. BASIC FUNCTION -Define consumer/industrial strategy for sales and growth based on a thorough market analysis and in- depth understanding of the segment -Translate strategy into execution plan in co-operation with region, accountable for all roll outs -Delivers Product Portfolio, Value Propositions, communication tools, training necessary to be successful - Market research and continue intelligence gathering on customers and competitors -Realize budget and growth plans -Monitor and report progress of execution via the TM-1 SOP -Define target price ranges per application and region -Identify Market Trends and opportunities, generating leads for possible sales - 30% account management on current business portfolio on top of the business development activities -Steers and facilitate OEM approvals and manage important client relationship to stay on top of the customers to assess their satisfaction and improve services 2. SKILLS • Work is broad in scope covering new or more complicated areas. Ability to communicate in English both in oral and written form. |
