期刊牛了，投稿小心了 已有5人参与

最近投稿，未送审稿人，编辑拒稿，拒稿信有些还是不太明白，不知道往哪投,拒稿信如下： Dear Dr. Thank you for submitting your manuscript to JOLT. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider it further for publication. This decision is not a statement that the work is scientifically incorrect or that it will not interest specialists in the field. However, we are currently accepting less than 25-30% of submissions as a result of the ever increasing popularity of the journal. Papers that may have been accepted a few years ago are now experiencing stronger competition for space in the journal, and so we are forced to select fewer articles for reviewing. We can therefore only consider papers that report a genuine breakthrough or unexpected discovery of broad interest in the field of optics and lasers. With this in mind, we feel that the results presented in your manuscript would be better for a more suitable journal. We therefore did not want to delay publication of your results and wish you success in submission of your manuscript elsewhere.
