[求助] the localized exciton RES(relaxed excited states)应该怎么理解? 已有1人参与

原文如下:The subsequent vibrational relaxation of the excited
state formed in the recombination process finally leads to the
creation of the localized exciton RES whose radiative decay
leads to the appearance of the well-known visible emission
of CsI : Tl.
我有两种理解:
1.这是一种激发态,但the localized exciton RES是什么样的激发态?。
2. the localized exciton 是定语,来修饰RES,但是具体怎么理解呢?大神求教~~~

Well, you may interpret it in this way:
The subsequent vibrational relaxation of the excited state (A)
(formed in the recombination process)
finally leads to the creation of the localized exciton RES (B);
whose radiative decay leads to the appearance of the well-known visible emission of CsI : Tl (C).
A--->A create B--->B 'create' C.
