气管的serosal 和lumen面有什么区别

见有的文献中气管有serosal面和lumen面，分别指的是什么，还有两面分别灌流不同的液体，是怎么做到的，本实验室有肌张力系统，但对这个还不太了解，望高人指点 For example, 120mM KCl added to theSample Text surface of the trachea elicits depolarization of the smooth muscle and contraction, but, applied to theSample Text of the trachea, it causesrelaxation,therebyoverwhelminganyeffectthatKClmight have had on the muscle after diffusing across the epithelium. |
