[交流] Texas State University, 2015秋季博士生招生, 需要有机，高分子，材料超分子背景

美国德州州立大学Xiaopeng Li 课题组招2015秋季博士生. 课题组研究集中于超分子化学。
申请者必须有硕士学位，有机，高分子，材料，超分子背景的学生优先考虑。此Ph.D. program三年即可毕业。课题组课题组网页：http://liresearch.wp.txstate.edu/publications/
具体要求如下：
1)       Since this is a 3-year program, applicants should possess a Master’s Degree of Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.  Students with Master degree in Organic Chemistry are highly desirable.
2)       A minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is expected.
3)       GRE is preferred score of 1150 or better (verbal and quantitative combined). Based on the new revised GRE scoring system, applicants must have scored a 304 or higher in Verbal and Quantitative combined.
4)       TOEFL score of 550 (paper based), or 78 (iBT) and section scores of 19/listening, 19/speaking, 19/reading, and 18/writing is required. You can use IELTS to replace TOEFL.

The stipend is very competitive with $33,000/year (need pay ca. $7,000 tuition per year), thus net stipend at ca. $26,000/year. See details at http://www.msec.txstate.edu/Ph-D-degree/admissions.html
