Intern Position:  Associate Recruiter Intern
Agilent China HR Staffing has 2 internship openings for an Associate Recruiter role. This role is an Internship Hire and will payrolled by the 3rd party Vendor (CIIC or FESCO) for 6 months.

As part of Staffing team, this intern experience is an incredible opportunity for those who want to join a high-efficient and dynamic HR staffing team that utilizes best practices in recruitment technology, techniques and social media.

This Associate Recruiter Intern will be working under full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of positions in the Chemicals, Life Science and Pharmaceuticals industries.  This Intern is accountable for enhancing the staffing team¡¯s ability to rapidly target, identify, source, and present the most talented candidates for current and future searches.

Location:
Shanghai    1 (6 months)
Beijing        1 (4-6 months)  should has flexibility to remotely support Chengdu
Responsibilities:
•        Develop and source candidates that generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff critical open positions.  Pre-screen candidates and present as assigned;
•        Provide assistant to team  in on-going follow up with all stake-holders including  candidates, staffing team members and hiring managers if necessary;
•        Hiring Operating Data update and maintenance including potential candidate pools, onboarding tasks and project based logistics;
•        Assist in hiring related project coordination and delivery as assigned;
•        Full cycle recruiting from beginning to end.

*The Associate Recruiter Intern will be paired with an experience recruiter consultant on the critical case/ Campus project team who provides supervision and coaching for daily Staffing activities.
Qualification & Desired Skills:
•        Top-performing undergraduate (typically in fourth year) or master¡¯s students is required;
•        Strong thinking logics and attention to details; Can work at least 4-day per week.
•        Proficiency in computer knowledge and Basic internet sourcing experience (Outlook, Excel Function, PowerPoint, Internet Search Media etc.);
•        Excellent communication skills both verbal and written plus workable Business English.
