第一次投稿，什么都不懂，求指点：
springer 旗下期刊，投稿第二天状态变为under review, 而后苦等将近5个月得到小修意见，两个审稿老师，给的意见还算正面：
#1：The work was nicely executed and the results well explained. There are only a couple of minor issues that I hope the authors would address before the paper is accepted for publication.
#2：These results are interesting and significant. Publication is recommended upon minor revision。
修改提交后第二天状态变为Editor Assignment Pending，该状态已经持续21天，每天打开电脑第一件事就是看有没有变化，太痛苦了。感觉该期刊升高流程有点非典型，想请各位大仙帮着分析一下：
1、希望大否？这种情况下还要返回审稿老师还是编辑会直接决定？现在卡到哪里了？
2、Editor Assignment Pending看字面意思是等待分配编辑，下一步还会有什么流程？这种小修的文章不是直接返回原来处理的编辑么？分配后的编辑可以做决定么？
