小硕Fibers and Polymer审稿两个月被拒，拒稿意见下，跪求大侠指点，是大修重投还是改投 2014.9.2 投稿 2014.9.18 送审 2014.11.6 拒稿 拒稿意见：Dear Mr**, Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received.
