这个职位希望候选人来自个人护理品配方的研发，博士2-3年，硕士6-7年，本科8-9年 希望推荐或者自荐！ Associate Scientist Care Chemicals Asia Pacific D&AT Objectives • provide technical solutions for Hair care research assignments using existing and new technologies and methods • activley drive technical development and knowledge gain for BASF on Hair care research fields Main Tasks (1) Project Management - provide technical solutions for Hair care research assignments using existing and new technologies and methods - focus to develop new technologies solution and concept formulation for hair care. - constantly discuss and align research activities with other project parties (sales & marketing, production, development etc.) to support hair care business. Support customer activity. - closely watching and achieving project milestones, timeline and budget (2) Knowledge Management - continuously observe, analyse and assess scientific and technical trends in products, processes, applications, industries for hair care application. - closely follow and evaluate scientific literature, publications, IP and draw conclusions for BASF (3) Team Leadership - instruct and coach the lab team for hair care project and task under general leadership of experienced research scientist - implement and ensure compliance with BASF standards regarding EHS in the lab team activities Requirements Education: Doctor or Master or Bachelor Working Experience: above 9 years experiences in hair care formulation development, industry including scientific experiments in chemical labs (including study period) Technical & Professional Knowledge: Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) |
