3.5. MIC of Caerulomycin A
MIC of the isolated compound Caerulomycin A and two standard antifungal compounds was determined using NCCLS Macrobroth dilution method and results are shown in Table 6. Caerulomycin A showed potent activity against four Candida strains, including two fluconazole resistant strains. The MIC of the compound was in the
range of 0.39 - 1.256 μg/ml. The MIC values obtained of Caerulomycin A against fluconazole resistant Candida
glabrata were comparable with the MIC values obtained for Amphotericin B. This result indicates the potential of Caerulomycin A as a potent and broad spectrum antifungal agent.

3.5. 青蓝霉素A的MIC
用NCCLS Macrobroth稀释法测定了所分离的化合物青蓝霉素A和两个标准抗真菌化合物的MIC,结果见表6。青蓝霉素A对四种念珠菌菌株具有有效的抗真菌活性,其中包括两个氟康唑抗性菌株。化合物的MIC的范围是0.39 - 1.256微克/毫升。 青蓝霉素A抗氟康唑抗性光滑念珠菌的MIC值与两性霉素B相仿。结果表明青蓝霉素A是一种潜在的有效、广谱抗真菌剂。
