广西特产中药牛大力化学成分初探 [摘要] 目的：对广西特产中药牛大力的化学成分作一初探。方法：采用乙醇提取，并依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇等不同极性的溶剂提取，再对各提取物用TLC法或者化学法进行定性鉴别。结果：水溶液提取物在Molish反应中呈阳性反应，用TLC法展开显色，在与氨基酸（什么氨基酸？）相同的位置显特征斑点；氯仿萃取物加入碘化铋钾试剂、碘化汞钾试剂、苦味酸试剂、硅钨酸试剂(怎么只有四种？)均产生沉淀；氯仿萃取物在盐酸－镁粉试管反应中呈阳性反应，用薄层展开后在紫外灯下呈黄色荧光，喷以3％的氯化铁后荧光颜色明显加深；氯仿萃取物用薄层展开后，在荧光下可见蓝色荧光，喷上浓硫酸后荧光增强（乙酸乙酯萃取物的结果）；水提取液加入I-KI呈蓝色。结论：牛大力中含有糖类、生物碱、黄铜类、香豆素类、氨基酸等成分。 [关键词] 牛大力；化学成分 |

Preliminary studies on the chemical composition of a local Chinese medicine in Guangxi——Niudali [Abstract]Objective: To do preliminary studies on the chemical composition of the special local Chinese medicine, Niudali.Methods: Extracting with ethanol, followed by petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and other solvents which are of different polarizabilities , and each extract is qualitative identified by TLC or chemical methods.Results: aqueous extract reacted positively in the Molish test, after visualization by TLC, feature spots are seen in the same location of amino acids (what amino acids?);Precipitation are produced after adding iodine - potassium iodide reagents, or bismuth potassium iodide reagents, or potassium iodide mercury reagents, picric acid reagents, or silicon acid reagents, to the Chloroform extracts; chloroform extracts reacted positively in hcl-mg reaction, after visualization by TLC, it emitted yellow fluorescence under the ultraviolet lamp, the fluorescent color obviously deepened after sprayed with 3 percent ferric chloride;After visualization by TLC, Chloroform extracts emitted visible blue fluorescence under fluorescence, and fluorescence enhanced after sprayed concentrated sulphuric acid(the result of ethyl acetate extract);Extract fluid turns blue after adding I-KI. Conclusions: Niudali contains sugars, alkaloids, flavonoids, coumarins, amino acids and other ingredients.
