这是DOS的要求。 Beginning next month the US Department of State (DOS) will require that all new international scholars coming to US universities in J-1 status (in the Professor, Researcher, Specialist, or Short-Term Scholar categories) demonstrate English proficiency before the university may issue the DS2019 documentation needed to bring the scholar here. |
