SCI录用之后，杂志社发来3种收费方式，它们区别在哪？ 已有2人参与

Processing Charges for Articles Accepted for Publication in CMES: CMES will henceforth be published in an Open Access Mode. All papers which are accepted for publication, after a thorough peer-review, will be available for free world-wide dissemination (downloading, printing, or redistribution) from either the CMES website (permanent free access) or the websites of the author or the author’s institution. In order to enable Tech Science Press to allow free permanent world-wide access to the accepted and published papers, authors should share some of the costs involved in the process: editorial handing,reviewing, typesetting, web-site maintenance, print publication, online publication, etc. All articles accepted for publication in CMES are subjected to processing fees, for Open Access with the following 3 options: Option 1: $1500 per article (no length limitation): This allows for perpetual world-wide free access to anyone, from the publisher’s website: www.techscience.comc/cmes . The author reserves the right for unlimited reproduction and distribution of the article in any medium, provided the original paper in CMES is properly cited. In addition, the author is given free access (controlled by the author’s email address) to the online version of CMES, for one year from the day of payment of the fees ($1500) in this option Option 2: $1000 per article (no length limitation): This allows the author the right for unlimited reproduction and distribution of each article in any medium, provided the original paper in CMES is properly cited. In addition, the author and the author’s institution may post the article on their websites. Option 3: $0 per article: The processing fee is waived if the author is affiliated with an institution which subscribes to CMES in print, or online, or combined print/online versions. This allows the author to access all the papers published in CMES, download, or print them. In addition, the author reserves the right for unlimited reproduction and distribution of the article in any medium, provided the original paper in CMES is properly cited. It also allows the author and the author’s institution to post the article at their websites. 目前通过我们学校的web of science只能看到摘要不能看到全文，是否意味着我们学校没有订阅该期刊？也就是我只能选前面两种才帮我发表论文？  QQSD.JPG |
