Ding Lab主要从事RNA结构相关研究，需要生物，数学，计算机，化学等学科交叉，研究方向具有前瞻性。请有意者关注。 Job type: Postdoctoral Researcher Contract length: 3 years Salary: ￡29, 500 - ￡36, 060 per annum Department: Cell and Developmental Biology Published: 15 October 2014 Applications Close: 14 November 2014 Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Scientist in the group of Dr. Yiliang Ding at the John Innes Centre to study the role of in vivo RNA structure in plant response to stress. The successful candidate will join a team at JIC working on multiple aspects of experimentation: genome-wide in vivo RNA structure analysis, targeted individual RNA structure characterisation, biological function analysis and corresponding bioinformatics analysis. The successful applicant will have an excellent biology or/and chemistry or/ bioinformatics background. Experience of transcriptome study and regulation of gene expression are desirable but not essential. The John Innes Centre is a world-class institute and is looking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated candidate who has, or expects to soon receive a PhD in Biology or Chemistry or Bioinformatics.
