以下软件的readme，另我试了一下，目前我的系统 是win10，在chmod上出现了问题，请先 chgrp Users A3-20130625.exe 给确定一下用户组，然后再 chmod 777 -R A3-20130625.exe 加上运行权限 Please 1) install default cygwin from http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/ 2) run /usr/X11R6/bin/startxwin.bat to start the X server Then, copy A.exe, xterm.exe and all the .dll files to a PATH location, or, if you just want to try out the downloaded program in a temporary directory, type under bash prompt, $ PATH=$PATH:. Then, type $ DISPLAY=localhost:0; export DISPLAY Then, try $ xterm If xterm is working, then try $ A DNA.pdb Ju Li.
