随着固体废弃物排放量的日益增加,已经对环境造成了极大的危害。开展固体废弃物的减量化、资源化和高附加值综合利用研究成为许多学者的重要研究内容,同时也是我国发展循环经济、实现可持续性发展的必然趋势。固体废弃物含有制备玻璃陶瓷所需主要成分的基础上,还呈现类似玻璃体微观结构,使成功制备矿渣玻璃陶瓷成为可能;矿渣特种玻璃陶瓷,是以低品位固体废弃物为主要原料经过高温融化、成型、热处理而制成的一类晶相与玻璃相结合的复合材料。具有机械强度高、热膨胀性能可调、耐热冲击、耐化学腐蚀、低介电损耗等优越性能被广泛用于机械制造、光学、电子与微电子、航天航空、化学、工业、生物医药及建筑等领域。矿渣玻璃陶瓷由于附加值高、配料组成宽、有害物质固化效果好等优点一直是固体废物材料化利用领域关注的热点。由于传统能源方法制备的玻璃陶瓷存在生产周期长,能耗大,成本高等缺点,使得玻璃陶瓷的工业化生产未能充分实现。而微波新能源以其独特的加热原理和特点受到广泛关注,微波热源较传统热源具有升温速度快、烧结时间短、组织结构可控、节能环保等特点,在陶瓷材料的研究和生产领域得到广泛的应运并发挥着重要作用,因此将微波处理技术引入矿渣玻璃陶瓷的制备过程具有应用和研究双重意义。

Along with key ingredient obtained for preparing glass-ceramic, the solid waste presents microstructure of analogous vitreous, which make it possible for succeeding in preparing slag glass-ceramics

Increasing discharge of solid waste has caused enormous harm on environment. Many scholars have focused on the study of solid waste on reduction, resource and comprehensive utilization of high value-added, also it’s inevitable trend to develop circular economy and achieve sustainable development.

The ever-increasing disposal of solid wastes has imposed significant hazards on our environment. In this sense, the reduction, reuse and comprehensive utilization (for a high added value) of solid wastes have been the foremost research of many scholars, and is an inevitable trend of our country for developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development. The solid wastes contain the major components for preparing glass ceramics, and display a microstructure similar to that of glass ceramics, which enable the preparation of slag-derived glass ceramics. The slag-derived special glass ceramics, as a kind of composites integrating the characteristics of crystalline phase and glass, are prepared from low-grade solid wastes through high-temperature melting, forming and thermal treatment. They are featured by such merits as high mechanical strength, tunable thermal expansion property, high thermal shock resistance, high chemical corrosion resistance and low dielectric loss, and can be widely applied in the fields of mechanical manufacturing, optics, electronics/microelectronics, aviation, chemistry, industry, biomedicine and construction. As such, the preparation of slag-derived glass ceramics, with the advantages of high added value, wide composition range and good solidification effect of harmful substances, has been a hotspot for the reuse of solid wastes. However, the industrial production of slag-derived glass ceramics is still not sufficiently realized due to long production cycle, high energy consumption and high cost. The microwave-based heat source, compared to other, traditional heat sources, has such advantages as high heating rate, short sintering time, controllable microstructure, low energy consumption and low pollution, and is receiving extensive attention now. Therefore, the introduction of microwave treatment in the preparation of slag-derived glass ceramics is of significant importance to both fundamental research and practical application.
