自己写吧，找找网上一般的cover letter模板，自己修改一下 主要是自己文章的新颖性和亮点，以及需要和编辑说明的问题 另外声明一下自己没投过以及已经检查过CrossCheck http://www.elsevier.com/editors/plagdetect. |
