[关键词] 血液透析；健康教育；家庭随访；老年 维持性血液透析（Maintenance Hemodialysis,MHD）是终末期肾功能衰竭（End-stage renal disease）患者最重要的肾脏替代疗法 [1]，近年来，随着人口老龄化的发展，维持性血液透析患者中老年患者呈直线上升趋势，而老年透析患者在透析中容易发生低血压、心律失常、心绞痛、肌肉痉挛等并发症〔2〕，本研究所指的老年人是60周岁以上的中国公民。我国89.5%的透析病人采用HD治疗〔3〕，单纯的HD治疗虽然能延长患者的生命，但费用昂贵、需要长期治疗，很多患者甚至需要家属的长期照顾，长此以往从多个方面加重了家庭负担。本研究旨在探讨通过实施家庭访视对老年维持性血液透析患者实施干预的效果，现报告如下。 |

In recent years, the number of elderly patients received maintenance hemodialysis increased linearly with the development of an aging population. It is noted that the elderly patients prone to the development of hypotension, arrhythmia, angina, muscle spasms and other complications in hemodialysis [2]. In this study, the elderly refers to Chinese citizens who are 60 years of age or older. Hemodialysis accounts for 89.5% of dialysis patients in China [3], Even though hemodialysis alone can prolong the lifespan of patients, it is costly, required long-term treatments, and many patients need long-term care from their family members. Therefore, in the long run hemodialysis will increase the family burden in many ways. In this paper, we reported the effect of family visits on hemodialysis intervention of elderly patients. |
