看文献有一个关于干细胞的问题 已有2人参与

However, although the results have generally been impressive, no protocol has successfully generated fully functional cells, such as hepatocytes or beta cells, that possess a function comparable to primary human parenchymal cells. 这是文献中的原话，不知道讲的是什么意思。上下感觉有矛盾。 上边一句话说能体外实验的条件下实现多功能干细胞诱导成肝细胞、胰岛细胞、多巴胺能神经元等。 但是，现边一句又说不能产生全功能细胞，比如肝脏细胞和β细胞，这些细胞拥有和原人类实质细胞同样的功能。 我哪里理解错了？加粗的字体是不是我翻译的不对，有懂的大神把这句话的含义给讲一下哈。。。。。。。 |
