[求助] 在JCED上投搞的不确定度计算问题

下面是编辑给回信的内容，其实就是关于不确定度的计算问题。那个图是什么意思？从图中可以看出什么？是不是有什么软件可以计算不确定度？

UNCERTAINTIES stated by the authors are TOO SMALL.
The uncertainties for the melting temperatures and enthalpies of fusion given in Table 1 are much too
small. For the method used (DSC), the uncertainty in the temperatures is near 0.5 K, and that for the
enthalpies is, at least, 2 percent.
Comment: The stated uncertainties appear to be quite large for some of the systems studied. Is u(x) =
0.006 correct for all of the mixtures?
