In this article, we present the synthesis of three new compounds in which triphenylamine was mono-, di- and tri-substituted by dicarbazolyl triphenylethylene units. Their thermal and optoelectronic properties are also discussed. The compounds exhibited significant photoinduced intramolecular charge-transfer properties. It was found that the aggregation has a pronounced effect on thep–p* transition. In particular, the three compounds have exhibited aggregation-induced emissionenhancement and high levels of thermal stability, which might be promising as luminescent materials. |
