总算可以发帖了...发个帖来mark一下最近关于签证的时间点吧，看看到什么时候才能clear，也给大家提供点信息...
跟9月的大家一起祈祷....
去年的时候签F1，被check 20 天...TAT...今年怎么这么不好

30天的时候给广州领事馆发邮件，得到回复是目前速度需要8-10周
尊敬的申请人:
感谢您的来邮。
您的申请仍在行政处理过程中。领事馆无法豁免此行政处理，而且在行政处理结束前领事都无法决定签证能否签发。目前行政处理的时间约为8-10 周（从收起所有材料算起）。但是每个案子的审理时间都是因人而异的。

然后老板第二天回复如下
Hi ,
I spoke to someone. They said the case is fully processed at the chinese embassy, that is there is nothing that you need to do or can do to expedite this, and that it is stuck in administrative review. Basically it sounds like they are backlogged with many similar cases. In addition, despite my asking several times, there was no way for me to have any influence on the case. They said the only way is if it is a medical emergency.
So sorry about this.
看来果然是因为太多case堆起来。。。所以说我们9月的没进度是不是根本就还在排队呀？sigh.....
突然想起来10-13 填了个NAS的签证问卷调查
然后他们也10-16给了回信，但是也毫无帮助。。。说等到等了60天再跟他们联系TAT

Due to the fact that your case appears to have been undergoing post-interview processing for 30 days, we are currently unable to report your case. However, if your case is still pending after November 14th, we can report your case at that time. Until that time, we would encourage you to continue monitoring your case’s status on the U.S. Department of State’s website: https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx.
