Ph. D. position in SPECT/PET/CT imaging physics Post specification: 1 Ph. D. student position is available in the Biomedical Imaging Laboratory (BIG, http://www.fst.umac.mo/en/lab/big/website/index.html), Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. Current research projects include (i) multi-pinhole collimator design/implementation for clinical/preclinical SPECT; (ii) respiratory artifact reduction for PET/CT; (iii) internal dosimetry for targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT). University of Macau is the only public comprehensive university in Macau SAR, which is a rapidly growing city strategically located in the Pearl River Delta region, China. Successful applicant will be provided with a competitive package including tuition support. Overseas exchange opportunities in distinguished institutions are possible for outstanding students. Requirements: MSc/MPhil/BSc/BEng in engineering or physics/medical physics related discipline. Good English communication and writing skill is required. Programming experience in Matlab/C/C++ is necessary. Prior research experience in medical imaging is a plus.
