| S组大鼠脊髓背角神经元细胞内尼氏小体呈中心性或周边性溶解，或聚集成大小不等的块状，部分神经细胞则皱缩、胞核轮廓不清，甚至细胞崩解坏死，细胞数明显减少脊髓白质水肿、破裂脊软膜破裂。E组病理改变与S组相似，但神经元肿胀程度和皱缩、胞核轮廓不清程度均较S组轻。对照组无明显病理改变。 |
