我师姐和一美国人联系，看是否能邮寄给我们研究课题相关的超表达载体和干扰载体。他同意了，但是需要我们国家的允许，下面是他的回信。我们该如何回答他？我们国家对载体的邮寄有什么严格的规定吗？ Hello, we would be happy to send you the pcDNA-Sirt2 construct. Please make sure all government forms necessary for sending DNA to you are filed correctly. Send us copies and then I'll be happy to send the plasmid to you. We don't have any shRNA constructs.
