DOC-NP和DOC体外细胞毒性的差异。细胞种植于96孔板培养24小时，然后用空白纳米粒，DOC或DOC纳米粒处理另外24小时，然后用MTT法测定细胞存活力。 注：incubated in 96-well plates for 24C应该是incubated in 96-well plates for 24 h。 for an additional 24 h是加药后继续培养24小时的意思。 |
