论文被拒，这段话什么意思呢？ 已有8人参与

投了个Intelligent data analysis的期刊，影响因子不高0.5吧，考虑到这个期刊审稿较快选了它。 结果速度还真是不慢，十天就收到了拒信。 第一次投稿不太懂，这段话是如表面意思文章内容跟期刊主旨不符呢，还是人家委婉说我文章水平低呢？ 各位虫友帮帮忙。拒信如下。 After carefully evaluating your manuscript submitted to the IDA journal, we are afraid to let you know that your paper cannot be considered for publication in the IDA Journal and we did not send it for a detailed evaluation. The main reason for the rejection is that although your manuscript contains some interesting ideas, it has limited contributions related to the aims and scope of the IDA journal.
