请教，投稿Electric Power Components and Systems时，有个选项如下 应该选哪个呢？选yes的话估计要交钱，选No的话会不会被拒稿？ 看他的作者说明好像是图打成黑白的也不影响阅读才可以不要彩图？ Figures can be in black and white or in color. Unless specifically requested otherwise by the authors, the artwork submitted in color will appear in color in the online edition and in black and white in the printed edition, in which case there will be no publication charges for the figures. Costs to the author to include color in the print edition are as follows (costs subject to change): US$900.00 for the first page of color; US$450.00 per page for the next three pages. A custom quote will provided for articles with more than 4 pages of color. Upon acceptance, please contact the Production Editor at Taylor & Francis for this quote. All color figures that are to be converted to appear in black and white in the print edition must remain legible. Because of the cost of color printing, authors are advised not to use color to distinguish phenomena when other means (different shading, symbols, and so forth) are adequate. If you use color in a figure, avoid using similar colors or shades that may be difficult for readers to distinguish. Also, in deference to readers with color blindness, avoid using red and green in the same figure. For line graphs, please designate each line with a different symbol or a clearly distinguishable line pattern. Color Reproduction. Color illustrations will be considered for publication; however, the author will be required to bear the full cost involved in color art reproduction. Color art can be purchased for online only conversion and reproduction or for print C online reproduction. Color reprints can only be ordered if print C online reproduction costs are paid. Rates for color art reproduction are: Online Only Reproduction: $225 for the first page of color; $100 per page for the next three pages of color. A maximum charge of $525 applies. Print C Online Reproduction: $900 for the first page of color; $450 per page for the next three pages of color. A custom quote will be provided for articles with more than 4 pages of color. |
