| 摘要：该生物质洁净环保型煤是利用微生物发酵技术处理生物质秸秆，将发酵改性后的生物质作为添加剂与粉煤按一定的比例掺混，另外将发酵生物秸秆粉碎、用氢氧化钠活化作为粘结剂，和混合物进行浸润，冷压成型制得生物质型煤样品。该工艺不仅利用了发酵生物质的粘结特性、而且解决了生物质粉碎后直接加入型煤中具有刚性，使型煤开裂，难以大量加入的难题，通过测试型煤样品的机械性能，确定生物质型煤的最佳配料比例，利用显微镜、红外、XRD等仪器对发酵生物质及所制得型煤的微观结构进行分析，探索其粘结成型机理。 |

| Abstract: The biomass clean briquettes are made from biomass straws by environmentally friendly technology of microbial fermentation. The fermentation modified biomasses are added to powered coals as additives blended by a certain ratio. In addition, the fermented biomass straws are crushed, activated with sodium hydroxide, mixed and soaked with the mixtures, and finally cold molded to produce the biomass moulded coal samples. The processes not only take advantage of the bonding characteristics of fermentation of biomasses, but also solve the such problems as rigidity, easy to crack and difficult to add in large amounts resulted from the direct addition of pulverized biomasses into moulded coal briquettes. The best ratio of the ingredients of biomass briquettes is determined by testing the mechanical properties of briquette samples. The microstructures of the fermented biomasses and briquettes are analyzed by utilization of microscopes, the infrared, XRD and other equipment and the mechanisms of the bond forming are explored. |
