ACS的这个系统是让干什么的？
我的文章被接受后，编辑给出proof邮件时，链接到这个界面，问题是这个页面的ACS ID，不是投稿系统的ID，我试了，用投稿的ID登录不上，是什么情况？需要到这个网址上注册新账号吗？下面是proof邮件中所说的：
Please note: An ACS ID is required to access proof materials. If you do not have an ACS ID, you will be prompted to create one or go to http://www.acschemworx.org to register.
