Rated coupling power

what is the meaning of "rated coupling power"? is that the same as the driven-end? the coupling between the driver and the another is a flexible one with shim pack. how to estimate the whole machine train power for the process air compressor train ( steam turbine, compressor, motor/generator, off-gas expander)? |
