[求助] 投Palaios的一篇文章，到现在还没有收到decision，怎么回事啊？已有1人参与

这是我论文的整个流程，怎么回事啊？提示Decision Sent to Author都一个星期了，也没有收到邮件，就算拒稿也得有个邮件通知吧？毕竟审了这么长时间了，审稿时间快3个月了，怎么什么消息都没有呢？系统上也不显示是拒稿还是修改还是接收吗？急啊！请各位大侠帮忙啊！
