液相氧化法分解铬铁矿制备重铬酸盐工艺中,采用盐析结晶法分离铬酸盐与苛性碱的过程能耗高,流程复杂,且铬酸盐晶体中常夹带一定量的苛性碱等问题。为了解决这一问题,中国科学院过程工程研究所徐红彬等人提出了浸取蒸馏分离苛性碱与铬酸盐的方法。系统的研究铬酸钠、氢氧化钠在甲醇水溶液中的溶解关系对研究甲醇浸取分离苛性碱与铬酸盐的工艺具有非常重要的意义。

Among chromite dichromate preparation processes with liquid-phase oxidation decomposition, the salting crystallization method for separation of chromate and caustic alkali is not only high energy consumption but also complex. In addition, there are other issues for the process, such as the chromate crystals produced usually entrain a certain amount of caustic alkali. To solve this problem, Hongbin Xu et al of Institute of Process Engineering proposed a leaching-distillation method for separation of chromate crystals and caustic alkali. It has very important significance to study systematically the effects of the solubility of sodium chromate, sodium hydroxide in methanol aqueous solution on the separation of chromate and caustic alkali with the methanol leaching method.
