[交流] Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy 拒稿后可以修改重投嘛？？已有1人参与

上次投了Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy 杂志，整整半个月时间一直是under review，甚是窃喜（没被拒在外审）？没想到前几日收到了编辑的邮件说退稿，但是给了一点点他自己的意见，其实根本没有外送审稿。
Editor's comments:
The study is of potential interest reporting two Raoultella planticola clinical isolates from China producing AAA and BBB , respectively. However, several studies in the literature have analyzed R. planticloa strains producing CCC as well as other types (DDD) Additionally, the genetic analysis of the current study is rather insufficient. For instance, the integron structure of the BBB-producing strain has not been analyzed. Thus, my recommendation is that the study is of low publication priority for JAC.
目前我已经加做了the integron structure 分析，这样情况可以继续重投？？？cover letter里面需要把之前的稿号以及被拒稿情况说明？？另外就是在投稿时候还是继续选择这次拒我的编辑？？？
