After my healthy status have changed, I wish a part time job as TOFEL english teacher ,or a middle school teacher.

What did you major in at university?
I cannot give you more advices beyond trying to listen to online radios for several hours everyday. Maybe it helps.
Perseverance is vital to success  and it is our assurance.
