是不是要交IEEE Page Charges 的钱呢？ 已有1人参与

今年投了intermag2014的会议，文章可以转到IEEE增刊上了。可是回来的prooof编辑提了两个事情： 1是要把文章缩短到四页。（本来是4页，编辑搞成了5页proof） 2是给了一个收费的。 删了一段综述和个别图之后，文章估计可以在四页内了，我还要不要处理IEEE Page Charges & Reprint Order Form链接呢？试了一下，最便宜的117$. |
