投稿biotechnology letters 后revise before review

大家好，请教大家一个关于投稿时文章格式的问题。 有一篇文章投稿于biotechnology letters 杂志，半个月后给了编辑部发了邮件，让修改格式，并按审稿人的建议大修文章，在 9月11号提交。我在9月10号修改完毕后在该杂志主页上传修改版文章时，发现new submissions，revisions 和completed 版块都为零，没有之前提交文章的记录了，也没用我在9月3号时看到的让我上传修改版文章的标示了。所以，我按新文章重新提交了，第二天就给我回复了邮件，还让我改格式和语言，并建议用中国理文编辑公司修改文章的语言和格式问题。 个人觉得我已按杂志的要求修改了文章，第一次投稿前也在理文编辑修改了文章，在cover letter里也说明文章已通过翻译公司修改，但没说是理文编辑公司修改的。难道是我修改文章内容变得太大，要重新让理文编辑修改，还是这个编辑部想让我找理文编辑修改后才给发表啊？第二次投稿时，我也在cover letter 里说明了已经按审稿人要求修改了文章，还提交了回复审稿人问题的一个word，从编辑部的第二份邮件里也没看明白他们知不知道我是修改后的文章再提交的，还是按提交的全新的文章对待的。我不明白第二份邮件到底啥意思啊，贴上邮件内容，麻烦大家赐教。谢谢！ Dear Dr ....., I have received the decision from the Editor on your manuscript, "...........", submitted to Biotechnology Letters The Editor has decided that your manuscript will be reconsidered after you have carried out the corrections as suggested by him. The format of the paper needs to be changed so that the text is about 15 cm wide. In addition, you have uploaded a second copy of the paper showing tracked changes. This is unwanted.
