谁遇到过论文被拒但又可以重新投稿提交的情况 已有1人参与

第一次遇到论文被拒但是又被允许15日内提交，请问谁遇到过这样的情况？自己也中过10多篇SCI，而且老板（老板是native speaker）修改过，一审后按照评审意见全部修改了，2个评审人一个没问题了可以接受，另外一个说其他方面已经没问题了，但是有些地方语言不是很清晰建议修改后重新考虑。结果编辑拒了，但是又要求必须找英语润色公司，然后可以15日内重投。请问这种情况是怎么回事，是客套还是什么？是必须找他们指定的润色公司还是可以找别的公司？重投中的机会大么？ REJECTION OF RESUBMITTED PAPER I am afraid I must reject your resubmitted paper since it does not satisfy the criticisms of the reviewer(s) and requires substantial improvement in the written English. The manuscript has been improved in many aspects. However, English is still not suitable. In many passages the text is unclear. This makes the reading tough. Accordingly, the publication is suggested after major revisions. Reviewer #2: The authors have carried out a significant effort in order to improve the quality of the manuscript. This reviewer, therefore, considers this paper in its current form suitable for publication. |
